Hello, I'm subleting my apartment for 2 months since I'll not be in Munich most of the time for work. It's a furnished studio apartment, right on Hohenzollerplatz U2 subway station. I'm actually paying 1350 Euro for rent, but I'm asking 1150 euro per month as it'll be not complete 2 months(June 2nd - July 27th) and 400 for deposit. It's a silent building, so please don't make any noise after 10 pm. Since it's my personal area, I'd ask you to use the flat gently.
U2 Hohenzollerplatz is 1 min away.
I can show the flat outside of office hours. The cost will be 2 x 1150 + 400(deposit) = 2700 Euro. You will get the deposit on the same day(July 27th) when I'm taking the flat back. Since it's a sublet, you are not going to be able to register your address here. It means getting an Anmeldung at KVR is not possible. Let me know if you have any questions.
