here is one room apartment in west shwawing.
It located in clemensstrasse 118, and near with U2 Hohenzollernplatz and Tram27 Herzogstrasse.
In this room, there is small kitchen and toilet just for you. you don't need to share with strangers!
and here is already furnished. desk, chair,bed,bookshelf and wardrobe etc..
and facilities are really new built and modern, so really clean. if you need, i can send photos.
and on 1st floor, there is washing machine room and they have 3 washing machines. and its for free!! you don't need to pay.
this room located in clemensstrasse 118, and its near with U2 Hohenzollernplatz or Tram27 Herzogstrasse.
Its located really in city, so you can reach everywhere easily, and thats why this room is a little bit expensive. but its worth.
from subway station to room,it takes just 5 minutes by walk and from tram station, it takes just 3 minutes.
and with subway, you can go to central station directly and it takes 10min.(4 stops).
and around here, there are all convenient facilities what you need.
REWE,Müller,Apotheke,bio markt, reataurant,Netto,backery etc..
for example it takes just 3 minutes to go to REWE or Müller.
and just beside of here, there is a big big graden, its perfect place to jogging.
the atmosphere around here is so silent, peaceful and clean.
your visiting is always welcome.
if you need, i can lend you some necessities, for example,bedclothes,pot,dishes, spoons and forks ..sort of things..
and actually this room is available from 11th, August,but the maximum is as i said, until 28th September.
and its possible just live here for one month, in september.
if you want to adjust the dates and price, i am willing to do. (but if you want to live from earlier than 16th, you have to contact to me at least til 7th.)
