Da ich in eine andere Wohnung ziehen werde, biete ich mein aktuelle 1-Zimmer Apartment an.

Diese Einzimmerwohnung ist am 3. O.G. von Lerchenauerstraße 22. Sie ist ca 25 qm in Größe, mit eine Kochnische (2 Kochplatten, Kühlschrank mit Gefrieranteil, Microwelle, eletronischer Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine) und eignem Bad (mit Dusche).

Sie ist complet vollmöbiliert: es gibt 1 Doppelbett, 1 Nachttisch, 1 Schrank (mit Spiegel), 1 Schlafsofa, 1 Sofatisch, 1 Schreibtisch und 2 Stühle. An der Kochnische gibt's zwei Schränke, in die kann man alles finden: Tassen, Geschirr, Besteck, Kochtöpfe, usw.

Gemeinsame Waschmachine und Trockener im Keller.

Now that I am going to move to another apartment, I am giving out the one I'm currently living in.

This one room apartment is on the 3rd floor of Lerchenauerstraße 22. It is about 25 sqare meters, with a kitchen area (equipped with 2 heating plates, fridge, microwave oven, electric kettle and coffee machine) and a separate bathroom (with shower).

The apartment is fully furnished, having 1 double bed, 1 bedside table, 1 closet with a full-length mirror, 1 sofa (actually a sofa bed), 1 coffee table, 1 desk and 2 chairs. In the kitchen area there are two more cabinets, where you can find cups, tableware, cutlery, pans and pots, and so on.

Shared washing machine and dryer are in the basement.
