Ich vermiete meine kleine möblierte Wohnung im Herzen von Schwabing ab sofort an eine Person (keine Pärchen möglich!), am besten Pendler und Personen, die KEIN Homeoffice machen, weil:
Momentan sind Bauarbeiten im Haus, d.h. es kann tagsüber auch mal laut werden, oder für ein paar Stunden das Wasser oder der Strom abgedreht werden, aber nicht jeden Tag. Es wird von der Bauleitung immer am Tag vorher angekündigt, so dass man sich darauf einstellen kann.
Klein, aber fein! Sehr hell, ruhig (Lage im Hinterhof) und gemütlich, komplett möbliert mit allem, was du so brauchst. WLAN, Waschmaschine, Geschirr, Schrank, Tisch, etc. - alles da und darf gerne genutzt werden.

I am renting out my small furnished apartment in the heart of Schwabing immediately to one person (no couples please!), preferably commuters and individuals who do NOT work from home because:
Currently, there are construction works in the building, meaning it can get loud during the day, or the water or electricity may be turned off for a few hours, but not every day. The construction management always announces it the day before, so you can prepare for it.
Small but nice! Very bright, quiet (located in the backyard), and cozy, fully furnished with everything you need. WiFi, washing machine, dishes, wardrobe, table, etc. - everything is there and can be freely used
Die Wohnung liegt im Hinterhaus, sehr zentral in der Hohenzollernstraße, der Englische Garten und die Isar sind fußläufig.
Supermarkt ist direkt vor der Tür, Restaurants, Biergärten, Cafés, Läden und Kneipen im ganzen Viertel zu Fuß zu erreichen. Perfekt!

The apartment is located in the rear building, very centrally in Hohenzollernstraße. The English Garden and the Isar River are within walking distance.
A supermarket is right at the doorstep, and restaurants, beer gardens, cafes, shops, and pubs throughout the neighborhood are easily reachable on foot. Perfect!
Ich möchte die Wohnung nach der Vermietung von einer Reinigungsfirma putzen lassen, die 100 € Reinigungsgebühr sind vor Auszug zu zahlen.
