I will be moving into the property myself, but I cannot do so until October. I would therefore like to sublet the apartment to somebody for the months of August and September. All bills are included in the price – this includes wifi.

-five minutes by foot to Schwantalerhöhe station (U4, U5)
-fifteen/twenty minutes by foot to Hauptbahnhof and Karlsplatz (Stachus)
The location is great, with plenty of cafés/restaurants nearby and a choice of supermarkets. The apartment is also within walking distance from the Theresienwiese.
