Hallo meine Lieben,
ich vermiete meine Wohnung direkt Schwanthalerhöhe, an der Teresienwiese für 6 Monate. Die Wohnung hat einen hellen, großen Wohn/Schlafraum (mit kleinen Balkon), einen kleinen Eingangsbereich und eine abgetrennte Küche und Bad.
Meine Wohnung ist komplett möbliert (inklusive WLAN). Das heißt Bett, Sofa, Tisch und Stühle, Regale, Herd mit Ofen ecc.
Mein Apartment liegt nur 5 Minuten von der nächsten U-Bahn Station Schwanthalerhöhe oder Teresienwiese entfernt und nur 3 Minuten von der Tram-Station Holzapfelstraße. Das Viertel Schwanthalerhöhe ist außer zur Wiesnzeit sehr ruhig und sehr familiär. Es gibt viele kleine nette Bars und Restaurants. Zudem ist man in nur 10 Minuten direkt im Zentrum der Stadt. Ich bin Studentin und von Montag bis Freitag in den Vorlesungen. Also E-Mails könnt Ihr mir gerne zu jeder Tages und Nachtzeit schreiben, ich werde selbstverständlich so schnell als möglich antworten. Bei Anrufen bitte ich um ein kleines bisschen Verständnis dass ich erst am Abend zurückrufen kann.
