Ich vermiete meine schöne, kleine Wohnung im Westend für drei Wochen zur Zwischenmiete. Von hier sind es nur wenige Minuten in die Innenstadt. Die Wohnung hat 40m², eine voll ausgestattete Küche, sowie ein kleines Wohnzimmer mit einer Schlafcouch. Ich vermiete die Wohnung an eine Person, oder gerne an ein Pärchen.
Ich vermiete nur an Nichtraucher.
Die U-Bahn ist ganz in der Nähe, sowie auch die Tram, die fast vor der Tür abfährt. Das Viertel lädt zum Bummeln in süßen Läden und Cafés ein und es gibt jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung liegt in einer kleinen Seitenstraße und ist daher sehr ruhig.

I rent my lovely flat in "Westend" Munich for 3 weeks. The flat has 40m², a fully equipped kitchen and a small-sized leaving room with a studio couch. The flat is available for one person. It´s also perfect for a couple.
Only Non Smoking.
The subway is very close and the tram is almost in front of the door. The district invites you to linger through small shops and beautiful cafés. There are plenty of Grocery shops close to the flat. The flat is in a side-road and thereby quiet and relaxing.
