Die Küche wurde 2017 vom Vormieter eingebaut und muss ZWINGEND übernommen werden!
Es handelt sich um eine Sonderanfertigung, da die Anschlüsse für die Waschmaschine und die Spülmaschine sonst zu weit aus der Wand raus stehen. Die Ablöse liegt bei 1.500 € (Originalpreis 4.500€) und ist nicht verhandelbar.
