Da sich die Wohnung im Inneren des Gebäudes befindet, wirst du keine Geräusche von der Straße hören.
Da ich von dieser Wohnung umziehe, suche ich einen neuen Mieter.

Studio on the fourth floor with a beautiful view of the interior of the building. The studio has a small but nice kitchen, in it you will find everything you need. It also has its own bathroom which is perfectly distributed so as not to have any discomfort when using it.
Since the apartment is located towards the interior of the building, you will not hear noises coming from the street. I am moving out of the apartment and subletting it for 3 months and with the possibility to extend it long term

Innerhalb einer Gehminute erreichst du Supermärkte (Bio, Rewe, Edeka, Penny), Restaurants und die U-Bahn Station Brudermühlstraße sowie eine Bushaltestelle (X30 und 54). Mit der U-Bahn gelangst du in 10 Minuten zum Marianplatz und in 15 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof. Nach ca. 15 Gehminuten erreichst du der Isar am FKK-Strand. Wer sich für musikalische und künstlerische Veranstaltungen interessiert, findet hier auch die Oper.

Within a minute's walk you can reach supermarkets (Bio, Rewe, Edeka, Penny), restaurants and the Brudermühlstraße subway station as well as a bus stop (X30 and 54). By subway it takes 10 minutes to Marianplatz and 15 minutes to the main train station. After about 15 minutes on foot you can reach the Isar at the nudist beach. Anyone interested in musical and artistic events will also find the opera here.
