Größe: 22qm
Ausstattung: 1 Sofacouch (Kaltschaummatratze, ideal für 2 Personen), TV (Flatscreen),DVD-Player, Tisch, Stühle, Schrank, Küche mit Herd und Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Teller und Besteck etc. Bad mit Dusche (sehr gepflegt). Die Wohnung besitzt alles, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Des Witeren ist sie sehr hell, modern und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet.
Die U-Bahnstation (U3 Brudermühlstraße) sowie die Busstation (54) ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt und Geschäfte des täglichene Lebens befinden sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. --> Top-Lage!!!
Zur Wiesn sind es auch nur 2-3 U-Bahnstationen.
Preis: 120 Euro pro Tag für max 2 Personen
