ich vermiete meine schöne 1-Zimmer-Wohnung am Harras befristet. Längere Aufenthalte können vereinbart werden.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein modernes Bad mit Badewanne, eine abgetrennte Küche mit Einbauküche und ein schönes Wohn-/ Schlafzimmer mit großer Fensterfront, Balkon, 140cm x 200cm Bett, großes Sofa und 39 Zoll Flachbildfernseher.
Alles was du zum Leben brauchst ist schon vorhanden: Bett, Sofa, Tisch, Schrank, Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Backofen, TV, WLAN, Breitband Internet, usw.
Man kann mit einem Koffer einziehen. Alles ist da: Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Geschirr, Besteck, Kochset, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, etc.
Die Wohnung wurde gerade neu eingerichtet.
Ein Parkplatz kann für 6 Euro pro Tag genutzt werden.

I offer an apartment for rent. Longer stays can be negotiated. The apartment is located centrally, the next underground/metro Station is a 3 minute walk away.
The apartment is equipped with a modern bathroom with bathtub, a separate kitchen and a beautiful and modern living room with a large couch and a large 39 inch flat screen TV set.
The Apartment is equipped with everything required for living: queen size bed, couch, table, closet, laundry machine, laundry rack, fridge, cattle, toaster, oven, TV, broadband wifi Internet, etc.
You can move in with a suitcase only, as bed linen, towels, etc. are provided as well. Cutlery, crockery, pots, pan, iron, ironing board; all is there.
So you will be the first one using this and everything is nice and new.
Parking can be arranged for 6 Euro per day.
The flat is located in the very center of Munich. The Oktoberfest is a 20 minutes walk away or can be reached with the underground in 5 minutes. The apartment is directed to the backyard, so it is very calm and sunny. The train and underground station “Harras” is a 3 minutes’ walk away. From there metro lines S7 and S 27 and underground line U6 will bring you to any location in Munich within few minutes. “Sendlinger Tor” as a public transport hub is 4 stations/ 5 minutes away from where you easily reach all directions within Munich.
The river Isar is 15 minutes’ walk close by.
The balcony is directed south-west wards.
Grocery stores, supermarkets, bakeries, drug store, ATM/ Bank, dry cleaner, etc. are all reachable with five minutes by walking, also several bars and restaurants.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Das Oktoberfest ist in 20 Minuten zu Fuß oder in 5 Minuten mit UBahn zu erreichen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. OG liegt rückseitig,
sehr ruhig und ist nur 3 min zu Fuß von der Station Harras entfernt. Von dort hast du via S- und U-Bahn (S7,S 27; U6) oder Straßenbahn überall hin sehr guten Anschluss. Das Sendlinger Tor als UBahnknotenpunkt ist in 4 Stationen erreichbar. Die Isar ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Der Balkon liegt südwestlich.
Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs (Obstladen, mehrere Bäcker, Metzger, mehrere Supermärkte, Bank, Apotheke etc.) sind in unter 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso diverse Bars, Restaurants, Reinigung, usw.
Various kinds of residents live in the house, also including older people, therefore it's important, to keep noise (music...) down at night.

The stated rent applies per night for the entire apartment. Maximum 2 ppl can stay. With two people staying the rent is increased by 50 Euro per month.
This is a non-smoker apartment.

Im Haus wohnen Parteien von jung bis alt: es ist kein Problem mal Gäste zu haben, es wäre aber wichtig, dass Lräm nach 22 Uhr ausbleibt.
Falls ihr Interesse habt, freue ich mich auf eine kurze, aussagekräftige Mail (wer seid ihr, was habt ihr in München vor), und melde mich dann bei euch.
Die angegebene Miete gilt pro Nacht für die gesamte Wohnung. Maximal 2 Personen können dort übernachten. Bei zwei Personen erhöht sich die Miete um 50 Euro pro Monat.
Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.
