If you are interested, you are welcome to have a visit in January or February. Before you contact me, PLEASE READ all the stuff here first. After the visit, in case you want to live in this community, the rent should be paid before 27th February.
About the room, it's so close to the U6 station "Studentenstadt",that you can get to the downtown or TUM in Graching in no more than 20 minutes.
In the community, there are 7 people from all over the world. Most of us are students in LMU or TUM. We share a big kitchen, one toilet and two clean bathrooms. In the kitchen, besides normal stoves and oven, there are two comfortable sofas, one TV set, two large refrigerators, and more than enough tools you need to cook. We even have lots of condiment which you can use for free.
In the room, there is a big wardrobe, one cupboard, one desk, one chair and of course a bed(including a sleep bag). Internet is provided in the room. Heating is working well. On the small balcony, you can often see little squirrels jumping from tree to tree. It's quite peaceful to live in this warm community.
