It is approx 90 m^2, 2 bedrooms, kitchen with all basic utilities and a large living room with a 50 inch smart TV, dining table, sofa etc. The place is quite spacious and because only 1 other person lives at the WG, you mostly have the space to yourself. In addition, the sunlight enters the house from the North and perfectly lights up the house (even in the gloomy winters!)

The apartment is located at a very nice place as it has multiple and regular connections. The U-Bahn station is nearly 300m away, being about a 3 minutes walk at max. While the S-Bahn station is a 7 minutes walk away. Buses run every 10 minutes as well!
LIDL and DM are at about only a 6 minutes walk, making the apartment a prime location.
