Media Person looking for a 1/1.5 room apartment (long term rent)

Hello everyone,
I'm urgently looking for a one room apartment to rent from June or July.
I have been living in a WG in Maxvorstatt for almost two years now and I really loved the area and I wish I could find something in the area. I'm moving out because my flatmate‘s boyfriend is moving in with her so they will need more space, aka my room 🤣
It doesn't matter if it is with furniture or not but it must has a bathroom and a kitchen. preferably a balcony even if a small one.
Payslips, contract or any other garnets can be provided if needed.
I'm a 27 years old visual artist and filmmaker from Cairo, Egypt. I work as a Video editor and graphic designer at Deutsche Welle. I have many short documentaries and digital projects won awards in film festivals. I also work at film festivals as a Red carpet manager. I came to Munich on December 2021 as a volunteer with European Union volunteering program, I had been volunteering as a coordinator and workshops organizer at Münchner film werkstatt then I got the full time job at DW from last July until now and going on..

I'm a non smoker, have no pets, single, neat and quiet yet friendly person I'll take good care of the apartment -perks of being raised up by Egyptian mom lol- I love hanging out, meeting new people, knowing different cultures and hear stories. I'm easy going and respect peoples‘ boundaries and personal space. I know some Deutsch and I'm still learning. I can speak English fluently and Arabic is my mother tongue.
