TUM Master's student sucht 1-Zimmer Wohnung

Ich bin Masterstudent der Luft- und Raumfahrt und suche eine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in München. Ich bin 24 Jahre alt (M, Thailand) und lebe seit 1,5 Jahren in München. Wegen meiner Allergie und meines Asthmas reinige ich mein Zimmer mindestens zweimal pro Woche, was auch bedeutet, dass ich kein Raucher bin. Zu meinen finanziellen Verhältnissen ist zu sagen, dass ich ca. 1000 Euro durch meinen Nebenjob verdiene und 800 Euro als monatliches Taschengeld von meinen Eltern bekomme. Kontoauszüge und Schufa (solicitar ahora) sind auf Anfrage erhältlich. Der Einzugstermin ist ab Dezember flexibel. Es wäre schön, wenn wir uns persönlich kennenlernen könnten. I am an Aerospace master's student looking for a single-room apartment in Munich. I am 24 year old (M, Thailand), living in Munich for 1.5 years. I clean my room at least twice a week because of my allergy and asthma, which also means that I am not a smoker.
Regarding my financial status, I earn approximately 1000 Euro from my part-time job, and 800 Euro as a monthly allowance from my parents. Bank statement and Schufa (solicitar ahora) are available on request.
The move-in date is flexible from December onwards. It would be appreciated if we could meet in person.
