My name is Mattia Belfico. I am from Panicale, a little village near Perugia, in the centre of Italy and I am 25 years old.
This coming November I will start Master Thesis degree in mechanical engineering in collaboration with Technische Universität München (TUM) and I will need an accomodation for four moths.
I am nonsmoker and have no pets. I am a quiet, honest and fair person. During
the leisure time I would like to work quietly on my thesis, meet new people, and to have the possibility to make some sport.

I would like to rent the accomodation from November to February. Unfortunately I can't attend an interview in person in order to meet you and visit the apartment.
