1-Zimmer Apartment zum September oder ab sofort gesucht

Hallo Zusammen,

ich habe vor kurzem meinen Master abgeschlossen (28 Jahre alt) und arbeite jetzt in München als Manager in einem sozialen Start-up.

Ich suche eine Wohnung mit dem Preis von 800 warm und der Größe von ca. 35 qm. Unmöbliert ist für mich absolut in Ordnung, aber ich bin auch gerne bereit, einige Möbel zu übernehmen.

Was für mich wichtig ist, ist:
1. Eine separate Küche
2. Ein Bad
3. Ein Balkon
4. Exzellente Anbindung an das Stadtzentrum

Ich habe kein Haustier und ich rauche nicht. Ich bin zuverlässig und respektvoll.

I have recently graduated with my master's (28 years old) and now I am working in Munich as a manager in a social start up.
I am looking for a flat with the price of 800 all incl. and The size of about 35 sqm. An unfurnished flat is absolutely fine for me but I am also happy to take over some furniture.

What important for me is:

4. Excellent access to the city center
