Shared or 1 Person Flat near Munich Center

I am Arda Can, am 20 years old and I am studying at TUM. I am looking for a one person flat or a place to stay with fellow students. I would prefer the room to be close to the city center and not exceed 700 Euros per month by too much. I would say I am an easygoing yet and ambitious person. I am quite social and I enjoy being with people :) I can also be very disciplined depending on the subject, like academics or something I care about. If you do decide on me, I will pay each rent on time without a doubt and I definitely keep things clean, because I feel like I think and act better when things are clear and organized. If you’re looking for a third or fourth person in a shared apartment, I am the choice since we will easily become friends and spend great time together, but if you like your space I respect that as well. Size of the rooms are not a problem for me though, I find small rooms cosy :)
