PhD student looking for an apartment minimum 26 m^2

I am a Ph.D. student at the Institute of Materials for Additive Manufacturing, TUM Garching campus. I hold a scholarship provided by Munich Aerospace for the Ph.D. project "Hybrid Lightweight Materials by Additive Manufacturing". I am married with no kids, I will be moving alone for the first few months, then my wife will join me. I usually work during day time and do some research activities like scientific reading and writing. In my free time, I like to watch sports, especially football. I also like walking, cycling, and playing football. I usually listen to music but no need to worry, I use earphones for that. I can speak English and Arabic very well, currently learning German. I smoke sometimes but I don't drink, I don't have parties or anything so I am mostly into a quiet and relaxing lifestyle.

I am looking for an apartment minimum of 26 m^2 with a long-term contract as soon as I arrive in Germany which is scheduled to be on 25th March. My most important condition is the possibility of KVR.
