Mein Name ist Julio Coutiño, ich bin 32 Jahre alt und komme aus Mexiko. Ich habe ein Vollstipendium des Deutschern Akademischen Austauschdienst (DAAD) erhalten und mache seit Oktober 2022 meine Promotion an der Münster University (in der Nähe P+R Coesfelder Kreuz). Meine gesamten Studien- und Lebenshaltungskosten werden vom DAAD übernommen. Gerne stelle ich notwendige Dokumente zur Verfügung.
Ich bin auf der Suche nach einer Wohnung in Münster mit ca. 20-45 qm mit einer Warmmiete von ca. 550 €. Ich bin eine sehr disziplinierte, zuverlässige und verantwortliche Person. Ich habe keine Haustiere und ich bin Nichtraucher. Ich spreche fließend Englisch und Spanisch und ein wenig Deutsch.
