Du suchst nach einer Wohnung in Potsdam,
weil du zufällig auch an der Filmuni Babelsberg studierst oder in der Filmbranche arbeitest?
Ich habe eine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung, die ich nicht 7 Tage die Woche bewohne
& deshalb gerne teilen würde, um die Miete zu teilen!
bei 2 Tagen pro Woche -> 260€ (warm)
bei 3 Tagen pro Woche -> 390€ (warm)
bei 4 Tagen pro Woche -> 520€ (warm)
bei 7 Tagen pro Woche -> 910€ (warm)
Bei Bedarf wäre auch 1 Haus weiter ein Co-Working Atelier-Schreibtisch-Platz dazu mietbar!
Schreib gerne kurz über dich, wer du bist, was du in Potsdam / Berlin machst?
Und an welchen Tagen du die Wohnung bräuchtest.

Es gibt auch eine Schlafcouch, falls wir mal am gleichen Tag dort übernachten wollen.
Direkt bei der S-Bahn Station "Babelsberg" also super zentral für Potsdam, die Filmuni oder mit der S7 nach Berlin!
Da das alles sehr spontan ist, lass uns gerne schnell kennen lernen & Treffen.
Wäre erstmal für 2-3 Monate mit Option auf unbefristet, falls alles passt.
