A modest basement room in a shared house. Since it is in the basement, it is warm in the winter and stays cool in the summer. The room has it's own kitchen. The bathroom fairly large for such an inexpensive room and it is shared with only 1 other person. The garden is very open to the sun and has plenty of room for games, sunbathing, or barbecues. Access and usage of the garden is open to everyone at the house. The house is 5 minutes to the train station or the university and 2 minutes to the grocery store.
A great option for students looking to save money while studying. Most of the people at the house are students at Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg.
The room is not furnished but comes with a couple items, like a table and dresser. Other items are my own but may be purchased for a fair price if desired.
