Direkt vor dem Haus ist ein großer Park und die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist ebenfalls in der Nähe und zum Kalnciema Kvartals oder zum Markt ist es ebenfalls nicht weit. Zu Fuß ist man in ca. 25 Minuten in der Altstadt. Zum RTU Campus Kipsala 15 Minuten zu Fuß, die RSU ist per Tram in 10 Minuten oder in 30 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar.
