1 Zimmer Wohnung

Ich vermiete meine geliebte möblierte Studentenwohnung jedenfalls von Anfang/Mitte März bis Ende September (eventuell, aber länger bei Wunsch).
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer, einer getrennten Küche, Bad, kleinen Balkon und Vorraum mit genügend Platz für Jacken und Schuhe.
Internet ist ebenfalls dabei. Im Haus gibt es zwei Waschmaschinen und zwei Trockner, sowie ein Kellerabteil. Im Haus gibt es zudem einen Ping-Pong Tisch und einen Fahrradkeller der leicht zugänglich ist.
Strom und Gas sind nicht im Mietpreis inkludiert. Die Kosten dafür richten sich ganz nach eurem Bedarf.

I rent out my beloved furnished student flat from the beginning/middle of March until the end of September (possibly, but longer if desired).
The flat consists of a bedroom, a separate kitchen, bathroom, small balcony and anteroom with enough space for jackets and shoes.
Internet is also included. There are two washing machines and two dryers in the house, as well as a cellar compartment. There is also a ping-pong table in the house and bicycle cellar that is easily accessible .
Electricity and gas are not included in the rent. The costs for these depend on your needs.
