Layout:
You enter your new flat share via the staircase, the corridor connects all rooms with each other. A well-designed flat with a kitchen awaits you. In the central hallway, you will find a shoe rack, and an intercom.
Each flat has allocated specific space in the underground compartment for extra storage space.

Bathroom & Toilet:
Shared toilet.
The bathroom has a shower, and a bathtub, and washing machine, in addition with two washbasins. There is also a mirrored cabinet and vanity unit.

Kitchen & Dining Place:
The fully equipped kitchen offers ample storage space in built-in cupboards, as well as a table with two chairs. There is also an integrated kitchenette with an oven. It also includes a microwave and fridge.

Cleaning:
There is a vacuum cleaner, sweeping set, and cleaning bucket with a mop. Cleaning is the tenant's responsibility and shared rooms within the flat must be kept clean by the tenants themselves. Currently cleaning is done on Sundays and can be decided by tenants.
