ich vermiete meine 1 Zimmerwohnung zur Zwischenmiete für 3 Monate. Eventuell ist auch eine Übernahme, nach Absprache mit dem Vermieter, möglich.
Die Wohnung liegt super Zentral in der Olgastr. Ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß bis Haltstelle U-Rathaus oder 5 Minuten bis Haltestelle Olgaeck. Schlossplatz, Clubs, Kneipen etc. alles in ein paar Minuten zu fuß erreichbar.
Ebenso befindet sich ein Rewe und ein Lidl in unmittelbarer nähe.
Die Wohnung ist schon möbiliert. Du brauchst also nur einzuziehen. Es ist ein großes Bett dabei, Sofa etc. alles was man so braucht. Das Zimmer ist Wohn-und Schlafzimmer mit einer großen Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, zwei Herdplatten, Mikrowelle, Spülbecken. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne. Kaltmiete ist 360€ plus 130€ Nebenkostenvorrauszahlung (60€ für die Heizung, sowie 70€ für restliche Sachen.) Zusätzlich kommen noch 29€ Vorausszahlung für Strom dazu.
Die Wohnung ist ab 1.Oktober anzumieten.
Besichtigung nach Absprache mit mir Donnerstag, Freitag, Samstag (27.09 - 29.09.12)
