Ich suche eine/n Nachmieter/in für die zentral gelegene 1-Zimmer Wohnung in der Olgastraße.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock mit dem Balkon und Fenster zum Innenhof, weshalb die Wohnung trotz der zentralen Lage ruhig ist.
Die Wohnung umfasst das Hauptzimmer, ein kleines Bad ;), eine abgetrennte Küche und einen Balkon.
Die Wohnung ist teilmöbliert mit einer Schrankwand, die auch ein Schrankbett inkl. Matratze beinhaltet, und einem Regal.
Falls Du Fragen hast beantworte ich diese gerne.
Von der Wohnung aus kommt man super zu Fuß (7 min. Fußweg) zur U-Bahn Haltestelle Olgaeck, Rathaus und Bopser
In nächster Nähe findet man Rewe, Lidl und Edeka, sowie auch ein paar nette Bars und Restaurants am Wilhelmsplatz.
Die Königstraße ist ebenfalls gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Ich ziehe außerhalb Stuttgarts weshalb ich für meine Vermieterin eine/n Nachmieter/in suche.
