1Room apartment with balcony near University

A 1 room apartment is available in a student dormitory. The room has a west garden facing balcony where a lot of sunlight comes in. The apartment comes fully furnished with a bed, mattress, cupboard, desk, and chair. The apartment is available from 8th December to move in, so you'll have to pay 24 days of rent in December. The rent includes electricity, internet and heating. City registration is possible.

Washing machine and Dryer are common for the building in the basement. You also have a dedicated storage space in the basement. The university can be reached 5 minutes by bus or 10 minutes by walking.

You need to be enrolled in the University or Hochschule Trier with a Proof of income/ Sponsor or Blocked account.

Viewing can be arranged after discussion. Preference would be given to people present in Trier and ready to move in on 8th December onwards.
