I'm looking for someone to take over my flat in Weststadt. I am writing in English but the owner prefers someone who can speak German.
It's the top floor of a beautiful house. Kitchen is included, no oven but a quiet fridge is included. It has 5 windows in different directions so it's quite bright. You can see the Altstadt part from the window including the university castle. No smoking and no pets allowed. At the end, the contract will be signed with the owner.
Bus in 1 minute, supermarket in 2 minutes. Actually, if you walk for 5 minutes, there is a big Rewe opens until midnight from Monday to Saturday. The neighbourhood is great. And if you want, you can take a walk along a small stream in 5 minutes. It is close to the city centre and is also very convenient to the university. Less than 10 minutes by bus, there is also a very nice gym.
Important: Must take over some furnitures with a small amount of money (250€): mattress, sofa, shelves, dining table, refrigerator and chairs, etc. The ceiling is sloped but it's still quite spacious for one person (and one-person only). It is possible to be invited to visit it this Sunday. If interested, please write me to introduce yourself. You don't need to have all the documents prepared now but they should be prepared if you are still interested after the visit.
