Hallo, biete eine Einzimmer-Wohnung in Tübingen (in Lustnau, nahe der Uni) zum Tausch gegen eine Einzimmer-Wohnung in Stuttgart an. Die Wohnung ist komplett gefließt mit Fußbodenheizung.
Auch Zwischenmiete möglich. Jedoch wirklich nur zum Tausch gegen eine andere Wohnung in Stuttgart, da ich selber auf Wohnungssuche bin.
Ich bitte nochmal ausdrücklich darum nicht anzurufen, wenn ihr mir keine Wohnung/Zimmer in Stuttgart anzubieten habt. Die Wohnung wird vorerst leider nur so vergeben auch wenn ich eine Wohnung in Stuttgart finden sollte.
