The apartment has 1 big bedroom with two windows, one big living room with an open fully furnished beautiful kitchen and 5 windows, a corridor, a big beautiful sunny balcony and a bathroom with an installed washing machine and a window.
There is a huge storage space for you in the basement and a car as well as a bicycle parking spot.
The flat can be rented either furnished or not depending on your request. The furniture can be seen in the photos.
The flat is 1 minute away from the train station in Unterjesingen. When I first considered it as a student I was afraid that I would feel away from the city (Tuebingen) but honestly it felt even closer than when I was in Tuebingen because all it takes is 6 minutes with the train and you are in Tuebingen! you can also cycle or even walk to Tuebingen, it is not that far.
A bakery, a bank and a meat shop is very close to the flat.
I really loved this flat and I am very saddened that I have to leave it for study purposes but from a tenant to another I highly recommend you this deal, the whole rent cost 410 a month and I paid for the electricity 30 euros a month and 5 euros for the WIFI so in total I was paying 440 for everything! never had a single problem with anything in the flat. The landlord is just awesome! very friendly and helpful, it was him who provided me with the 5 euro deal for the WIFI!
