The reason I'm renting out is that I'm moving to another city

The one who buys the following set goes immediately to the top of the candidate list.
This is almost a prerequisite, I did exactly the same thing last July, and I think it is the most convenient solution for everybody.
-The one leaving the apartment is more flexible moving to another city.
-The owner doesn't face any damages in the apartment while moving in/out heavy furniture.
-The new tenant enters a fully equipped apartment, at a nice price, saving both time and money. Ideal for newcomers.
