Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um eine Kellerwohnung die sich im selben Haus des Vermieters befindet. Man betritt jedoch die Kellerwohnung über einen separaten Eingang.
Die Wohnung besteht aus dem großen Hauptzimmer, der Küche und dem Bad mit Toilette und Dusche.
Das Hauptzimmer hat 1 großes Fenster zum Garten hin und ist zudem mit genügend Steckdosenplätze und Internetzugang ausgestattet.
Einbauküche mit Kühlschrank ist vorhanden, jedoch funktioniert die eingebaute Herdplatte schon seit meinem Vormieter nicht mehr. Ich habe ersatzweise eine mobile Kocheinheit verwendet.

The apartment consists of one main room, a kitchen and a bathroom with toilet and shower.
The main room has a big window that shows the garden and has more than enough sockets for electricity and also a Ethernet port.
The kitchen has a built in kitchen, although the stove top has been broken since the previous tenant. I am using a mobile cooking stove as replacement.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend.
In der Nähe befinden sich mehrere Supermärkte, die mit dem Fahrrad innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar sind (tegut, Penny und Edeka).
100m von der Wohnung entfernt steht die nächste Haltestelle für WE3 die direkt nach Darmstadt Hbf fährt, ansonsten gibt es 8 Minuten entfernt eine andere Haltestelle mit direkter Anbindung nach Darmstadt Luisenplatz.
Mit dem Bus kann man dann auch sehr schnell zum Loop5 gelangen, an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mangelt es auf jeden Fall nicht.

Multiple supermarkets are easily reachable within 5 minutes with a bike.
The closest bus station is 100m away and has a direct connection to Darmstadt Hbf, 8 minutes from the appartment you can find another bus station that also transports you to Darmstadt Luisenplatz.
You can also easily get to Loop5 (big shopping centre) with the bus or bike.
Ansonsten ist eine Waschmaschine vom Vermieter zur Mitbenutzung verfügbar. Diese steht in einem Abstellraum im Garten.
