Es gibt auch einen hochwertigen Bürostuhl und eine bequeme Couch. Die Küche hat einen Geschirrspüler, aber keinen Backofen. Außerdem gibt es keine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung, aber eine neue im Keller, die einfach zu bedienen ist.
The apartment: Approx. 35 sqm studio, with completely new kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The living room/bedroom has a 2 year old bed (140) and a very comfortable, firm mattress in excellent condition.
There is also a high quality office chair and a comfortable couch. The kitchen has a dishwasher, but no oven. Additionally, there is no washing machine in the apartment, but there is a new one in the basement that is easy to use.

Die Wohnung ist zum Innenhof ausgerichtet, daher ist es immer sehr ruhig. Sie liegt im 5. Stock und ist nach Süd-Westen ausgerichtet, daher ist sie sehr hell und hat den ganzen Tag, besonders abends, schönes Licht.
The apartment is located in Favoriten, on Troststrasse, near Triesterstrasse and less than 4 minutes walk to tram line 1 towards the center and to bus 65, 10 minutes walk to trams 6, 11 and 0. The apartment faces the inner courtyard, so it is always very quiet. It is on the 5th floor and faces south-west, so it is very bright and has beautiful light all day, especially in the evening.
I'll probably leave some of my things in the apartment, but I'll store everything in one small part of the closet so nothing will be in the way. There would then be a lot of storage space for you in the apartment.
