Ich bin zwischen April bis Anfang Juni 2024 im Ausland, daher würde ich meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung im 10. Bezirk Wien zur Zwischenmiete vermieten. Das Wohnhaus ist neusaniert, die Wohnung ist 35 m² groß, liegt im 5. Stock mit Lift und besitzt einen großzügigen Balkon. Sie ist südseitig gelegen, daher ist sie schön hell.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Billa, Spar, Apotheke und Drogerie sind direkt in der Nähe, öffentlich ist sie super gelegen, man geht etwa 7 Minuten zur U1 U-Bahn Reumannplatz und in nur wenigen Stationen ist man mitten in der Stadt. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung recht ruhig gelegen, da sie an einer Einbahnstraße liegt. Die Wohnung wird vollmöbliert hergegeben und alles von Geschirr bis Handtücher/Bettzeug stehen in der Wohnung zur Verfügung.

Ich gebe die Wohnung für 600€/Monat zur Zwischenmiete und sie kann an bis zu 2 Personen vermietet werden.

I would be abroad from May till beginning of June 2024, that’s why I would give my 1-room Apartment in the 10. District Vienna for rent in that time. The building is newly refurbished, the flat has the size of 35 square metres, it is on the 5th floor with an elevator and has a big balcony. It is south-sided, that why the flat is quite bright.
There are a lot of grocery shops and pharmacies around the corner and it is well located, you walk around 7 minutes to the Underground U1 Reumannplatz Station and within a few stops you are in the middle of the city. Although the Apartment is well located, it is pretty quiet because of an one-way road. It is fully furnished and equipped with tableware/dishes and towels/bedsheets.

I offer the flat for 600€ per Month and it can be rented up to 2 persons.
