Hello, i want to rent my Apartment during i am doing Erasmus from Februar to June/July.
The Apartement is in a new building complex on the 4th floor. It is 52 squaremeter big, there is a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, bathroom and balcony with a nice view into a park. I am living there since i started to study and i its very good located. Its 2 station from Westbahnhof away. Its the 14. District. I need only 15 minutes to the city center. There is the U3 Metro Station Hütteldorfer Strasse only 6 minutes (walking) away.
The apartment is fully furnished. There is a printer, a TV, a complete Kitchen... all stuff you need.
The rent is 450 euro/month
I know that there are apartments or rooms with a higer price and worser location but i also know how hard it is to find a pricely and good Apartment so i am a little bit cheaper but i also want that the person is someone who handle good with my Apartment and not doing any homepartys.... sorry..
