Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock eines hübschen, sanierten Altbaus, hat ca. 33m2 und ist folgendermaßen gegliedert:
- großer Wohnraum
- extra Küche mit Badezimmer-Nische (Dusche + Waschbecken)
- extra WC
- Abstell-Nische mit Garderobe im Eingangsbereich
Der große Wohnraum ist komplett möbliert:
- Bett (140x200)

- Kleiderschrank
- Schreibtisch
- Bücherregal
- Couch
- Esstisch
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, verfügt über einen Kühlschrank, einen Geschirrspüler und eine Waschmaschine. Geschirr und Küchengeräte sind ausreichend vorhanden.
Im Hof des Hauses befindet sich ein absperrbarer Fahrrad-Raum.

I am subletting my lovely, fully furnished studio apartment in Vienna until the end of September 2018.
Since I have furnished the whole apartment myself with a lot of attention to detail, I am looking for someone particularly reliable and clean.
The studio is located on the 3rd floor of a pretty, restored old Viennese building (“Altbau”), has approx. 33m2 and is divided into:
- a large living/bedroom
- a kitchen with a bathroom-niche (shower + sink)
- a toilet
- a niche for storage and wardrobe
The living/bedroom room is fully furnished, including a bed (140x200), closet, study desk, couch, dining table, dresser and bookshelf.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and plenty of kitchen utensils.
There is a lockable bike storage room in the yard of the house.

The apartment is located in a rather quiet residential area in Vienna’s 15th district, right behind the “Stadthalle” and close to the lively 7th district.
There is plenty of public transport within 10 minutes walking distance:

- Tram 49, 9, 6, 18
Westbahnhof (Wester railway station) is a 15 minute walk away.
There is two grocery stores (Hofer and BILLA) within two minutes walking distance, and a large shopping centre (Lugner City) with plenty of shops close by.
For those who like to do sports, there is a public pool, an ice skating rink, and 2 city bike stations just around the corner.
