Ich werde leider bald die wunderschöne Stadt Wien verlassen und möchte daher mein voll-möbeliertes Studio Apartment vermieten, für einen Zeitraum von 6-12 Monaten (Verlängerung möglich). Eine Anzahlung ist nicht nötig und es besteht die Option sich per Meldezettel anzumelden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 10. Bezirk, nur 3 Blocks vom Hauptbahnhof Wien entfernt und 15 - 20 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Die Gegend ist hervorragend an das U-Bahn-, Zug-, Straßenbahn- und Busnetz angeschlossen. In der Umgebung finden Sie auch alle wichtigen Supermärkte des Landes: Hofer, Spar, Billa und sogar Lidl. Zudem sind Sie in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Favoritenstraße, einer Einkaufsgegend mit einer breiten Auswahl an Geschäften. Das Studio Apartment ist stilvoll eingerichtet, bereits möbeliert mit einem Schreibtisch + Sessel, einem Whiteboard, high-Speed internet+WLAN Router, eine ausgestattete Küche, ein gemütliches Bett, einen geräumigen Schrank, einer Heizung für die kalten Wintertage und einem privaten Badezimmer.
Da ich umzugsbedingt nicht alles mitnehmen kann, hinterlasse ich zusätzlich einen Miniofen, eine kompakte Waschmaschine, Küchenutensilien und einen Kleiderständer.
Im Preis inkludiert sind Strom, Gas, Wasser, Internet.

I am currently leaving the beautiful city of Vienna so, I am renting a fully furnished studio for a period of 6 up to 12 months from September on, there is no requirement for a security deposit, and the option for registering the address (Meldezettel) is also available. It is located on the 10th District, 3 blocks away from Hauptbanhof (Vienna's main train station) and 15 – 20mins away from the city's center. The area is properly connected by subway, trains, trams and busses. Around the area will also find all and the most important supermarkets the country offers: Hofer, Spar, Billa and even Lild and you will be also to close to Favoritenstrasse, an area full of shops.
The studio apartment is thoughtfully equipped with amenities, including a dedicated study desk and chair, a functional whiteboard, high-speed internet connectivity, a well-appointed kitchenette, a comfortable bed, a spacious closet, a heater for the winter, and a private bathroom
Among the articles I am leaving you will get a: minioven, kitchen cookware (pans, tuppers, plates), hanger to dry clothes and a washing machine for personal free use.
The price includes utilities such as electricity, water, heating, and internet.
The shared spaces of the building are the following:
- Community kitchen
- Movie Lounge
- Gaming Area
- Study rooms
- Gym
- Rooftop Terrace with grill area
- Laundry Room (using the washing and drying machines has a cost in this room)
- A garden
For a contract of 10-23 months, the monthly all-in rent is €824.
For a contract of 6-9 months, the monthly all-in rent is €912.
