Sunny little 1-ROOM APARTMENT fully furnished from Sep23-Feb24

Hi allll! :))) Since I’ll be moving to Rome, I am renting out my beloved 1-bedroom flat in vienna in the coming winter semester from September 2023 to February 2024.
The flat is located in the 16th district near the underground station Thaliastraße and is therefore centrally located in Vienna and very well connected with busses, tram & underground, so that you can be pretty much everywhere in Vienna inbetween 15-20 minutes. The flat has everything you need: a large room with a doublebed, chest of drawers, writing/dining table, couch and clothes rail, as well as a newly equipped, modern kitchen, a mini-hall, a bathroom with a large shower and a separate toilet. The flat also has air conditioning and the windows are newly renovated & very tight, so it is not cold in winter (with heating) & not too hot in summer! :)

There is also a functioning dishwasher and a washing machine in the flat, which makes living there a lot easier!

For the 6 months I’d love to leave all my furniture and kitchen equipment (coffee machine, toaster, etc.) in the apartment what means you dont need to bring anything & will be able to live there perfectly from the first day!

The price is all inclusive - so 700€/month is going to cover the rent, the utilities, all monthly bills (gas, electricity, internet, furniture & equipment)

I would love to have a cool, clean, open-minded, responsible, careful & uncomplicated person who takes care of the apartment as long as I am not able to! I love this apartment so so much so I wish to find someone who will enjoy living there as much as I do! :)

Unfortunatley I am only allowed to sublet the apartment to ONE person, so I can‘t accept couples.
