Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine schöne 1-Zimmer Wohnung. Neben dem schönen hellen Hauptraum, mit weit zu öffnenden Fenstern und mit einem kleinen Flur samt grossen Wandschrank, gibt es eine separate Küche. Diese wurde 2015 neu gemacht und bietet platz für einen kleinen Tisch samt Barhocker. Das Duschbad ist auch komplett neu. Alle Anschlüsse, u.a. auch Glasfaser, für Telefonie und TV sind vorhanden.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral und doch sehr ruhig. In 3-5 min seid Ihr am Bhf Oerlikon, von dem es in 5 min zum Zürich HB geht oder in 5 min am Flughafen. Es fährt eine Tram direkt an die ETH Zürich.
Der Migros ist 3 min um die Ecke.
Oerlikon ist wie eine kleine Stadt in der Stadt Zürich, mit einem eigenen Zentrum mit einem Markt, Schwimmbad, Radrennbahn etc.
Ich muss leider wegziehen wegen eines kurzfristigen Arbeitsplatz und Standortwechsels.

1-room studio with new bathroom and kitchen on the 01/01/2017 or sooner. On the third Floor with big wardrobe in the in-flat corridor. Community room of the house with new washing-machine and dryer. Separated storage room on the ground level. Very calm but central located. 3-5 min to Oerlikon station, which means in 5 min to Zurich HB or Zurich Airport. Direct tram-Connection the ETH Zurich. Supermarket (Migros) round the corner.
