Big room to rent

Wir suchen per 1. Februar 2017 einen neuen Mietbewohner für unsere 3.5-Zimmer Wohnung in Zürich Sihlcity (Lessingstrasse 2, 8002 Zürich). Die Wohnung ist an einem ruhigen Ort am Ufer der Sihl (Kreis 2) in der Umgebung Sihlcity gelegen, besteht aus 3 Zimmern, einem Badzimmer, einer Küche und verfügt über zwei Balkone. Daneben bietet die Wohnung neuesten Ausbaustandard u.a. mit Geschirrspüler und Backofen. Dazu gehört auch eine separate Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, welche mit den weiteren Mietparteien geteilt wird. Die Uni Zürich und der HB sind mit dem ÖV innert 15-20 Minuten erreichbar. Die Tramhaltestelle, weitreichende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Einkaufszentrum Sihlcity) Kino und diverse Restaurants sind in einem Umkreis von 200m gegeben. Überdies sind die weitläufigen Lauf- und Fahrradwege durch den Wald zu Fuss in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist möbliert, geräumig und hell. Es verfügt über ein grosses Bett, einen Nachttisch, ein Bücherregal, einen Kleiderschrank und einen Computertisch mit Bürostuhl. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, die besagten Möbel von mir abzukaufen. Der monatliche Mietzins beläuft sich auf CHF 830.-.

We are looking for a new roommate for our 3.5-bedroom apartment in Zurich Sihlcity (Lessingstrasse 2, 8002 Zürich). The apartment is located in a quiet area in Kreis 2, right next to the Sihl river and in the Sihlcity area. It has three spacious rooms, one bathroom, a kitchen and two balconies. The apartment is equipped with high-standard amenities, such as a dishwasher and a good oven. On top of that, there is a separate laundry room with a washing machine in the basement of the building which is shared with the building’s other tenants. There is easy access to the University of Zurich and the main station (HB), both within 15-20 minutes from the apartment. The tram stop (lines 5, 13 and 17), shopping facilities (Sihlcity shopping mall), cinemas and various restaurants are just a short walk from the apartment. There are also numerous cycle and walking paths leading through the forest which are only a 5-minute walk away. The room for the rent is spacious and bright with a big window. The room is fully furnished and has a big bed, bedside table, bookshelf, desk and wardrobe. All the furniture can be purchased from me. The rent is CHF 830 per month.
