Die Wohnung liegt im Bochumer Viertel Ehrenfeld in direkter Nähe zum Schauspielhaus und 10 Minuten vom Kneipenviertel Bermudadreieck entfernt. Laut Zeitschrift "Prinz" ist es das schönste Wohnviertel im Ruhrgebiet (na, wenn die das schreiben, muss das wohl stimmen ... ) DIE WOHNUNG HAT EINE EINGEBAUTE KÜCHENZEILE MIT KÜHLSCHRANK UND HERD. Kabelanschluss liegt im Haus muss aber zusätzlich beantragt werden. Zu den Kosten kommt noch Strom - das schliesst der Mieter selbst mit den Versorgungsunternehmen ab. Die Wohnung ist komplett renoviert - Wände weiss - und ist bezugsfertig. Nur noch Möbel reinstellen.
Die Wohnung kann ab 1.7.2019 oder später bezogen werden. Ein Fahrradabstellplatz ist im Erdgeschoss - ihr braucht das Fahrrad also nicht aus dem Keller hochtragen. Apropos Keller: Dort gibt es einen Waschmaschinenstellplatz - spart also Platz in der Wohnung.
Außerdem hat die Wohnung natürlich einen Keller.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral. Liegt direkt am Schauspielhaus. Bus hält vor der Tür. U-Bahn zum Bahnhof ist zwei Minuten entfernt. Zum Bahnhof läuft man knapp 10 Minuten. Lidl und Rewe sind 5 Fußminuten entfernt. Das Bermudadreieck mit allem kulturellem und gastronomischen Pipapo ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Das Ehrenfeldviertel (und seine Kneipen) sind 1 Minute entfernt.
Es wäre unterbtrieben wenn man sagen würde, dass die Wohnung ruhig gelegen ist, aber Schnapsleichen hatten wir auch noch nicht im Eingang liegen.
