Das Zimmer ist eingerichtet mit einem großen Schrank samt Vitrine, einem großem wie auch einem kleinen Tisch,

Ggf. ist Ablöse vorm Vormieter seiner Möbel, das muss noch dann abgesprochen werden ;-)
Kaution sind wie üblich drei Mieten.

I am looking for a new room mate for a 15 m² room in our non smoking flat. The flat is very central and has many extras like sport rooms, garden, terrace on the top of the house...!
The room is furnished with a huge cupboard, a table with chair, a side table... ;-)
A one time payment is maybe for a furniture but let's see. Deposit is three times the rent.
Gute Anbindung an Bus (14A), Tram (1, 6, 18, 62), U-Bahn (U1), S-Bahn (S1-S7, Badener Bahn) ==> innerhalb von 10 Minuten am Karlsplatz bzw. Südbahnhof (neuer Hauptbahnhof) oder in 15 Minuten am Westbahnhof bzw. Landstraße/Wien Mitte (für CAT-Verbindung Richtung Airport)! Zahlreiche Shops ums Eck. Park in 2 min. zu Fuss erreichbar.

Very good connection to bus, tram, underground, S-Bahn/trains ==> you will be within 10 minutes at Karlsplatz or South Station (new main station) or in 15 minutes at west station or Landstraße/Wien Mitte (where the CAT to the airport goes). Various shops are here - at least 10 groceries and 4 drug stores. A park is also very close (2 minutes walk).
