Die Wohnung hat ein schönes gefliestes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden.
It`s a flat with two rooms and a balcony in a modernised building of the 50`s. The room has 23 square meters and is furnished.
Die unmittelbare Umgebung der Wohnung ist ruhig und grün direkt am Schloßpark. Der S- und U-Bahnhof Pankow ist in etwa 8min zu Fuß erreichbar. Über die U2 und M1 gelangt man schnell nach Prenzlauer Berg, Wedding, Mitte und zur Ringbahn.
The direct environment of the flat is quiet and green with a big park nearby. The station for city train, undergound and tram is reachable in 8min by foot. With underground U2 and tram M1 you get very fast to Prenzlauer Berg,Wedding Mitte and Berlin`s circle route of the city train.
Du wohnst größtenteils alleine in der Wohnung, da ich hauptsächlich an der Küste wohne. Meist komme ich einmal im Monat mit meinem kleinen Sohn und Hund für ein paar Tage nach Berlin.
Du solltest schon über ein regelmäßiges Einkommen verfügen (Job, Bafög) und einen geregelten Tagesablauf haben.
Most of the time you stay alone in the flat because I live Most of the Time at the Baltic Sea. For a couple of days per months I stay with my little boy and two cute little dogs in my room.
Eine Weitervermietung über den genannten Zeitraum ist möglich. Generell möchten wir spätestens 3 Monate vor einem möglichen Auszug in Kenntnis gesetzt werden.
WG-Erfahrung und Selbstständigkeit wären super. Da ich meine Nachbarn mag, sind nächtliche Musik- und Partyorgien ein „no go“. Fairness wird bei uns groß geschrieben. Die Wohnung ist sauber und soll es auch bleiben.(;
