Das Zimmer hat etwa 17qm . weshalb es sehr ruhig ist. Folgende Möbel sind in dem Zimmer: ein Bett , ein Sofa, ein Fernseher, ein Schrank und ein Regal. Die Wohnung ist gut in Schuß, hat ein Vollbad mit Dusche/WC und eine Einbauküche. Eßtisch und Couch kann gemeinsam gut genutzt werden. Vom Wohnzimmer geht ein Balkon Die WG ist außerdem mit einer nagelneuen Küche inkl. Spülmaschine ausgestattet. Im Bad befindet sich außerdem eine Waschmaschine.
die WG liegt super, Bushaltestellen sind auch vor der Tür, sowie Supermärkte und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Alles weitere ist ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen
Meine Mitbewohnerin ist eine super liebe und unkomplizierte Praktikantin. Da sie unter der Woche viel arbeitet, wäre es gut, wenn die Partys nur am WE stattfinden. Sie ist außerdem sehr ordentlich. Wir achten außerdem aufs Strom sparen (Heizung niedriger drehen wenn wir nicht da sind etc.). Wäre toll, wenn das die Zwischenmieterin auch machen könnte.
Schreibt bitte kurz was ihr so macht, damit ich schon mal einen ersten Eindruck von euch haben und dann einen Termin zum Besichtigen vereinbaren können.. Im Keller ist wenig Platz, im Fahrradkeller kann aber gut ein Fahrrad abgestellt werden.
