gemütliche, geräumige und möblierte 1-Zimmerwohnung in Neukölln

Hallo ihr lieben,

Ich vermiete meine gemütliche, voll möblierte 1-Zimmerwohnung in Neukölln für den Zeitraum vom 26.5. bis 31.7.
Eingerichtet ist meine 58qm große Wohnung mit einem großen Bett, einem Schreibtisch, einer Kommode, Bücherregal und einer Couch. We schwindelfrei ist, kann auch das etwas mehr als 2 Meter hohe Hochbett benutzen.
Die geräumige Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Unter anderem auch mit einer Wasch- und Spülmaschine.
Beim Bad handelt es sich um ein typisches Berliner Altbaubad. Etwas schmal aber charmant.

Obwohl die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss liegt, verfügt sie über einen Balkon auf dem man gerade in den Sommermonaten wunderbar Grillen kann.

I'm renting my comfy and spacious 1 room apartment from 26.5. until the 31.7.
The 58 square meter big apartment is fully furnished and contains a big bed, a desk, dresser, bookshelves and a couch. In case you're not scared of heights there is also the possibility to use the more than 2m high high bed.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped. There is even a dishwasher and a washing machine.
The bathroom is a, for old Berlin buildings typically small but charming room.
Although the apartment is located on the ground floor it has a balcony which is great for summertime BBQs.
