Hey,
since I'm moving out of my lovely two-room shared-flat, I'm looking for someone who likes to move in, as soon as possible. The earliest date to move in would be 1st of June.
The first room has approximately 14m², it is painted white and has old wooden floors, which are red, like the rest of the shared rooms of the flat. Currently I'm using it as my living room. The second room (8m²), which I'm using currently as bedroom, has a white painted wooden floor.

da ich aus meiner schönen Dachgeschoss-WG ausziehe, suche ich schnellstmöglich eine*n Nachmieter*in für zwei wunderschöne Zimmer.
Einziehen könntest du ab dem 01.06., ein früherer Einzugstermin wäre aber auch möglich.
Die Zimmer:
Vom Flur aus gelangst du in den ca. 14m² großen Raum, den ich zur Zeit als Wohnzimmer nutze. Die Wände sind weiß gestrichen, die Dielen sind - wie in den Gemeinschaftsräumen der Wohnung - rot. Daran angrenzend befindet sich das zweite, kleinere Zimmer (ca. 8m²), aufgrund von Schrägen eignet es sich am Besten als Schlafzimmer. Hier sind die Dielen weiß lackiert.
The flat is located in a historical building in the west of Bielefeld, which is a very popular and beautiful area.
Many shopping possibilities are in a walking distance.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem historischen Altbau im wunderschönen Bielefelder Westen, die Lage könnte besser nicht sein:
5 Minuten zum Netto
10 Minuten zum Edeka und Aldi
10 Minuten zum Siggi und die Stadt, sowie Altstadt
10 Minuten zur Stadtbahn Haltestelle Sigfriedplatz oder Adenauerplatz
1 Minute zur Bushaltestelle Kiskerstr.
Your new roommates will be Michele, 26, who is working as a biologist at the university and Ilona, 31, just graduated with a Bachelor in music-management.
Sadly Michele will leave Germany around October and also Ilona has plans to move out around this time. So you would get the opportunity, to again pick a new room and find a nice bunch of new roommates.

Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind: Michele, 26 Jahre alt, arbeitet als Biologe an der Bielefelder Uni und Ilona, 31, hat gerade ihren Bachelor in Musikmanagement abgeschlossen. Leider verlässt Michele im Oktober Deutschland wieder und auch Ilona hat Pläne um diese Zeit weiter zu ziehen. So hättest du die freie Zimmerwahl und könntest dir neue tolle Mitbewohner in die WG holen.
Since Michele is from Bella Italia, the language spoken in the flat is english. That explains a lot right;)
Sadly I can not take all of my furniture with me, so I'm offering you a really nice and huge closet and a comfy pull out couch which can also be used for sleeping. I would leave everything to you for the spectacular price of 50€.

Vielleicht noch gut zu wissen:
Da Michele aus Italien kommt, sprechen wir hauptsächlich Englisch, es wäre also toll, wenn du dieser Sprache mächtig bist ;)
Da ich hier alle Zelte abbreche, möchte ich gerne ein paar meiner Möbel da lassen. Dabei handelt es sich um einen großen geräumigen Schrank und ein Sofa mit praktischer Schlaffunktion. Dafür hätte ich gerne einen Abschlag von 50€.
Wenn du dich angesprochen fühlst, freue ich mich auf eine Nachricht mit ein paar Infos zu dir. Entweder über WG-gesucht oder an . Ich leite dann alle Anfragen an eure neuen Mitbewohner weiter;) Ach ja und damit Michele gleich leichter mitentscheiden kann, wäre es toll wenn ihr auf englisch schreibt.
