We are Denise and Danijel, both in our twenties. A furnished room in our 3-person shared flat is available. Our flat is located at Schwedenplatz, in the second district, next to the Sofitel.
Your room has 21 square meters; it is furnished with a nice leather couch, a large mirror cabinet for clothes, a desk, a book cabinet, large bed with matress (160x200). All necessary furniture is available in the room to live comfortably.
We live very centrally in the city - within 3 minutes by walk you reach U1 / U4 Schwedenplatz, and the inner city center (1st district). The Karmelitermarkt, a food market, is located 10 minutes by walk from our home. In 5 minutes by walk you can reach many places for shopping and cheap food places alongside Taborstrasse and Praterstrasse. Near home you also find the Donaukanal, in summer there are many nice places where you can sit outdoors along the canal.
We have a dish washer in our large kitchen. The washing machine is in the bathroom, and the toilet is separate. The flat is located on the ground floor. One detail: Denise is going through your room to get to hers. In the past this has worked very well. Despite that, the flat is located very centrally in the city and we are very friendly : )
Important notice! The room will be rented out furnished - that means that you can use the furniture while you live with us, and it must remain in the room.
The rent, including furniture, all utility costs, heating, electricity, and internet is 354,53 euro per month.
The date of moving in is flexible - you can also move in earlier already.
