Dein Zimmer ist ca. 18 m² und ist sehr hell mit großem Fenster.
Dein Zimmer ist außerdem komplett möbliert!!!
Du hast eigene Toilette.
Die Miete ist insgesamt 720 € (ALL INKLUSIVE)..Das bedeutet, dass alle Nebenkosten wie Heizung, Strom, Wasser, Gas, GEZ, Telefon Flat, DSL Flat (>50000 kbit/s) usw. im Mietpreis inbegriefen sind!!!
Die Miete, die du bezahlst ist nicht nur für 18 m² dein Zimmer, sondern du benutzt noch etwa 50 m² der Wohnfläche.

Newly renovated bathroom, guest toilet, large kitchen with all things: dishwasher, washing machine, stove, large refrigerator, microwave, water cooker, coffee machine and etc.
Your room is about 18 m² and is very bright with the new large window
Your room is also fully furnished !!!
You have separate Toilet.
The rent is a total of 720 € (ALL INCLUSIVE).
DSL flat (> 50000 kbit / s) etc. are included in the rent too.
The rent you pay is not only for 18 m² your room, but rather you still use about 50 m² of the apartment.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend in München-Solln, ca. 3 Gehminuten zu den Bushaltstellen 134, 136 und 270. Die S-Bahn Station Solln (S7) ist nur in 3 min. mit dem Bus erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Netto, EDEKA, Bioladen, Rossmann, postbank, und ... sind in der nähe.
Reitverein und Forstenrieder Park sind etwa 300 m entfernt.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in Munich-Solln, about 3 minutes on foot to bus stations 134, 270 and 135. The S-Bahn station Solln (S7) is only 3 min. accessible by bus.

Ich rauche nicht und ich trinke keinen ALKOHOL!!!
Ich suche auch die Leute, die in der Wohnung nicht rauchen und keinen Alkohol trinken!!!
