Das Zimmer ist nur an eine freundliche Kroatisch- oder Englisch-Muttersprachlerin zu vermieten, die mit den beiden Kindern ca 1h pro Woche kroatisch oder englisch reden soll. Das 16 qm Dachgeschosszimmer (2. OG) mit Parkettboden und eigenem Bad liegt in einer ruhigen, grünen Wohngegend von Zehlendorf, bei einer freundlichen deutsch-kroatischen Familie.
Dachgeschoss mit etwas Schrägen, 2 Fenstern und hohem Giebel, Parkettboden, teilmöbliert (Schrank und Schreibtisch mit Stuhl vorhanden). Bei Bedarf kann auch ein Bett gestellt werden. Eigenes ca 6qm großes Bad mit Dusche ebenfalls im 2.OG, hell gefließt. Mitbenutzung von Küche, Esszimmer, Garten und Keller.
Ruhig und grün. Aussicht aus dem DG Zimmer auf einen Park. 2 große Supermärkte und Ärztehaus in 5min Fußnähe. FU (z.B. Henry Ford Bau/Audimax) 20min (6km) per Fahrrad.
ÖPNV: 5min zu Fuß zur nächsten Bushaltestelle, 15min zu Fuß oder 5min Fahrrad zur nächsten S-Bahn (S1 Schlachtensee).
Beide Eltern arbeiten, die Kinder zwei Mädchen (10 und 12) gehen zur Schule. Gemeinsames Essen / Familienanschluss: je nach Bedarf; hat mit der vorigen kroatischen Mitbewohnerin hervorragend geklappt, sie hat ihr gesamtes Studium durch bei uns gewohnt. 1h pro Woche mit den Kindern Kroatisch oder Englisch reden ist Pflicht, alles darüber hinaus (z.B. Quatschen in der Küche) gern gesehen.
Es gibt einen freundlichen Hund im Haus. Freunde oder Freundinnen mitbringen ist nach Absprache in vernünftigem Maß erlaubt, Musik u.ä. hören auf Zimmerlautstärke. Wir machen gern klassische Musik, es wird regelmäßig Klavier und Geige geübt.
